Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns of opened items. To request a refund for an unopened item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we have received your return and inspected the returned item, we will refund your credit card the purchase price of the item ONLY if it is unopened/unused, less the original shipping cost. If you request a refund after 7 days, you will be charged a 10% processing fee. We do not accept refund requests after 10 days of product delivery.
Please allow 10 business days after receipt of your item for us to process your return.
Depending on the reason for your refund, we may be able to process the return of the item so we can evaluate the product and issue a full refund. Remember that on package deals we do not give partial refunds of the product value; they must be returned all together! Any items returned to us used or opened will simply be discarded and we will not refund.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
If you have opened the item and it is defective or not the item you purchased, contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify this can solve problem for you. We need to see pictures to verify if it is a defect or the wrong item. Once the images confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement at our expense. We may require the item to be returned so that we can evaluate the product.

Our products are considered custom-made or custom-made (except: repair kits, glue). Any cancellation (either verbal or in writing) without confirmation from Abyss Creations will not be considered canceled and you will be charged for your order.
Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 10% handling fee. For cancellations after 7 days and up to 14 days, a processing fee of 20% will be charged. No cancellations will be accepted after your order has gone into production/build.
Changes to an order after going into production/build will incur a 10% handling fee.
All of our BBdolls are custom made to order. Due to the nature of our products, there are NO returns on dolls. Once a doll has started production, there are no cancellations. Changes to doll orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A processing fee may apply to changes.
